Phillip and Reno rolled out a management system at my employer, and I can say with 100% certainty that the program was a game changer for our business. They taught our team how to break down very large problems into small pieces and how to make sure that we were attacking the root cause of the problem and not just the obvious symptoms.  We are a large financial services company so the scale of the problems we face is huge and the savings we realized on just one of our projects was >$10,000,000.  

Both Phillip and Reno demonstrated a deep understanding of how management is supposed to work. They showed an innate ability to tailor the system to several different teams in our group.  The underlying principles never changed, but there were slightly different applications depending on the team. It was kind of amazing to see that the basic principles were easily transferable to our financial services business, as I typically think of it as being something that goods manufactures use. They are passionate about their work and they connected well with the teams they were supporting.
